Jade Ni - Founder & Director
Through years of developments Jade gained invaluable hands on experience in building and construction and it became clear that she was ideally suited to make her mark in the industry. Inspired by design and driven by the pursuit of perfection, Jade founded Inline Projects Co in 2014. Project Managing and completing her own developments in some of Melbourne’s most prestigious suburbs including Toorak, Brighton, Malvern and Balwyn. Jade’s knowledge and ability to be at the forefront of market trends have led to her delivering a collection of highly successful projects.
Bank Yin - Design Director
Creativity and design have been a way of life for Bank, from his formative years growing up in China he found himself drawn to other cultures various artistic approaches. From studying Western painting art before majoring in Environmental Art Design, he is now one of Shanghai’s most highly sought-after interior designers. Bank has been involved in numerous award-winning projects in his 18 years in the industry, spanning across luxury single homes/townhouses and apartments through to mixed-use commercial and 5 Star Hotels. Possessing a unique ability to integrate the design approach of a specific project with the region and people has resulted in him creating spaces in harmony with their wider surroundings and the people that live there. Bank’s strong analytical skills combined with his in-depth market insights gained through years being at the forefront of design allow him to have a deep understanding of his client’s needs for every project. Bank’s ability to manage both people and projects allows him to exceed his client’s expectations and deliver stunning pieces of work that stand the test of time.
A Co-founder and Design Director for TreGazze Australia, Bank is also the Co-founder & Director of PCD Shanghai – a full service interior design firm providing services to commercial developers for mixed-use, retail, office and hotel projects.
