Jade Ni - Founder & Director
Bio
With years of hands-on experience in property development, Jade developed a deep, practical understanding of building and construction — and quickly realized she was made for the industry. Inspired by design and driven by an uncompromising pursuit of perfection, she founded Inline Projects Co in 2014.
Since then, Jade has project-managed and completed her own developments in some of Melbourne's most prestigious suburbs, including Toorak, Brighton, Malvern, and Balwyn. Her keen ability to stay ahead of market trends, combined with technical expertise and a sharp eye for detail, has resulted in a consistent track record of successful, high-quality projects.

Neal's career has been defined by a commitment to craftsmanship and accountability. Before partnering with Jade, he successfully delivered a range of medium density projects including townhouses, apartments and retirement villages, earning a reputation for reliability, problem-solving, and an uncompromising eye for detail. At Inline Projects Co, Neal oversees all construction operations — from procurement and scheduling through to quality control and final handover.
